The PLAZA VIEW STAY, in the Craftsman-inspired Stillman Building, is our largest accommodation. It is a full-size 2 bedroom - 2 bath apartment suite overlooking the Plaza and eastern forested hills. Located on the second story above specialty shops, PLAZA VIEW STAY houses guests amidst the friendly commerce and activity of our town center.

The kitchen has a full-size range with appliances, cookware, dishware,
and utensils.

This is a bright and cheerful space with high ceilings, skylights, French doors leading onto the balcony, a large dining (or meeting table) off the kitchen, and a gas fireplace to warm a chilly evening.

RATES:

A two night minimum is required on weekends. PLAZA VIEW STAY is self-housekeeping and may be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment suite. It is an ideal choice for friends or families traveling together who need separate private sleeping arrangements. It also can be shared by two parties (i.e., business colleagues), with the kitchen, dining, and living room used as common areas and each bedroom with bath en-suite lockable as in a bed and breakfast inn or guesthouse. All linens and towels are furnished.

PLAZA VIEW STAY is a smoke-free environment. Pets may be accommodated, however this is subject to prior approval and agreement. Pet fee is $25.00 per night up to a total of $125.00 to cover additional housekeeping required when pets stay.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND PARKING:

From the South: Take HWY 101 north around Humboldt Bay to the first Arcata exit (Samoa Boulevard). Take the Samoa off ramp exit and continue west in the right hand lane up to G Street. Turn right on G Street and continue up to 9th Street. Turn left on 9th Street, and proceed one block to the stop at H Street. Cross the intersection and continue half a block to Brett Harte alley on your left You will see ARCATA STAY PLAZA VIEW #A. You are designated this one space for off street parking.

From the North: Take HWY 101 to the Arcata exit (Sunset Avenue). After the stop sign, proceed through the intersection, (you will be on H Street) and continue in the right hand lane to 9^th Street. Turn right on 9^thStreet and continue half a block to Brett Hart Alley on your left. Turn into the alley and park behind the green building. You will see ARCATA STAY PLAZA VIEW #A. You are designated this one space for off street parking.
